Who Are We?
Gathered in Texas and Haiti on August 15, 2024, we decided to form an international, social, apolitical, non-profit organization named PAV-H. Our commitment is to protect, assist, and empower vulnerable people in Haiti and the diaspora.
Our Vision
To change the lives of children, pregnant women, people with disabilities, persons with reduced mobility, widows and orphans by caring for them. To promote best practices to address vulnerability, by building partnerships with NGOs, diaspora communities, and local governments.

To assist and support vulnerable families, children, pregnant women, people with disabilities, youth in juvenile delinquency situations, widows and orphans - by defending their interests with a focus on personal fulfillment and human dignity.

Our History
Foundation of PAV-H. Members gathered in Texas and Haiti decided to create an international, social, apolitical, non-profit organization to address the needs of vulnerable people.
Organizational structuring. Establishment of governing bodies and definition of strategic intervention priorities.
Launch of first awareness campaigns and identification of priority communities in Haiti.
Development of partnerships with local and international NGOs and the Haitian diaspora.
