This project aims to provide essential medical treatment support to vulnerable populations who lack access to necessary healthcare due to financial constraints or systemic barriers. Background:
Many individuals in underserved communities suffer from illnesses that go untreated due to poverty, limited healthcare infrastructure, and lack of awareness. Common causes leading to medical treatment needs include infectious diseases, chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension), and acute emergencies. Without timely treatment, these conditions worsen, impacting quality of life and survival.
Objectives:
Facilitate access to essential medical treatment for at least 300 patients annually.
Provide medications, diagnostic support, and follow-up care for priority conditions.
Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
Reduce complications and hospital admissions related to untreated illnesses.
