Based in the United States, the President carries PAV-H's global vision, represents the organization to international partners and coordinates the NGO's overall strategy.

The Vice-President supports the President in day-to-day affairs, oversees ongoing programs and ensures continuity of governance.

The Secretary keeps administrative records, drafts the minutes of board meetings and ensures full traceability of board decisions.

The Consultant brings strategic and operational expertise to the board, advises the leadership team and supports the development of the NGO's projects.

Legal Representative in Haiti

To be announced

Official representative of the NGO in Haiti, she ensures the legal compliance of field operations, coordinates local teams and is the voice of PAV-H to Haitian authorities.

All board members serve on a voluntary basis and receive no compensation.
