President (USA)

Fils-Aimé Musset

Based in the United States, he leads PAV-H's global vision, represents the organization before international partners and the diaspora, and drives the NGO's overall strategy.

Vice-President (Haiti)

Dorcely Junior

Supports the President in day-to-day operations, oversees ongoing programs and ensures continuity of governance.

Secretary

Mervilus Evelino

Maintains administrative records, drafts board minutes and guarantees full traceability of board decisions.

Manages the organization's finances, oversees budgets, safeguards accounting transparency and presents financial reports to the board.

Brings strategic and operational expertise to the board, advises the leadership team and supports the development of the NGO's projects.

Legal Representative in Haiti

Lysius Louslande

The NGO's official representative in Haiti, she ensures the legal compliance of field operations, coordinates local teams and voices PAV-H's mission before Haitian authorities.

All board members serve on a voluntary basis and receive no compensation.
