Our History

Born from the determination of a few committed citizens, PAV-H was built around one simple idea: leave no one behind.

The founding — July 22, 2022

PAV-H was officially founded on July 22, 2022, when citizens gathered in Texas (United States) and in Haiti decided to create an international, social, apolitical and non-profit organization. That date marks the birth of the organization and the starting point of all our programs.

The beginnings

From its creation on July 22, 2022, the organization began in Port-au-Prince with neighborhood food distributions, followed by a first large activity in August 2022, before gradually broadening its scope.

Community-driven growth

Every step of our growth stems from a collective effort - volunteers, donors, institutional partners.

Today

PAV-H now operates in Haiti and across the diaspora with a field team dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable.
